B & B Truck Services

The person in charge here keeps us updated throughout the entire repair process and communicates with us regularly about the progress. We always know what they are checking, what they have found, and what they are working on next. This is honestly the first time I’ve experienced this level of responsibility and respect at a truck repair shop. As a truck driver, having clear communication during a repair means a lot, especially when your truck is your livelihood. I really appreciate the way they treat their customers and take responsibility for their work. It’s not just about fixing the truck — they make you feel respected and informed throughout the process. That kind of service is hard to find.

First and Last Time i bring my Semi truck to this shop. Came for a new Radiator and Gear Housing gasket plus front seal repair. Quoted for a little over $4k. Drop my equiqment and 2 days later got a call saying front seal and radiator were replaced but still leaking oil. Owner wanted more $ and a week more to work on it. I saw the red flag so i told him, ill get my Truck as is. Came to pick up my Semi, truck leaking the same amount of oil but radiator looked new. Paid less than quoted as he didnt repair the oil leak but still quite high at almost $3k. I left and went to pickup a load, drove a total of 5h and Radiator blew up. I called them to get some assistance as i was only 3.5h from their shop. They Refuse to help in any way, didn’t want to make the drive and said they dont have the manpower. I asked them if they dont have warranty on their work, said yes but i would have to drive the truck back to their shop. Radiator had a hole and leaked most of the coolant so i couldnt even move it. In the end, i had to pay a mobile mechanic over $3500 to come help me. I returned their old radiator and never heard from them again. Supet shady shop. OWNER OPERATORS DO NOT BRING BUSINESS T

Oh my god these guys are a life saver. Spoke with the owner and told me he open his shop with his family a few years ago and has grown into his corrent business serving Truckers , RV, box Trucks and even small cars. His son also works alongside his family owned business I recommend coming in for any of your problems very honest and proud owner of a company that's only growing more and more everyday. Exceptional service!! Justin knows what he is doing and very professional. I want to extend my gratitude to personal who also work at front desk and in the shop. I had very bad situation due to leaking steering fluid as pipe was broken(almost cut) and part was not available in dealer but Justin went extra step to get this built by nearby house of hose and have it replaced and back to road in couple of hours. Without Justin I was surely going to wait more days. Thanks Justin, keep up good work. Surely I would recommend anyone to have your trucks looked after , fare rates and best service.
